Personality: Cerise is an energetic young woman who goes through her life with enthusiasm. She has a friendly, inviting demeanor and a charming smile. However, sometimes she goes a bit overboard, getting too excited about events or otherwise going too far (particularly when teasing lovingly). She knows that life has a serious side, and there are some things she covers up about herself.

Backstory: Cerise was born to a decently wealthy family in Kalos. Her mother was often absent for business trips, and her father was a bit lax, so she often left home to explore the area she lived in. As she grew up, her excursions became longer and more complicated; it was on one such "trip" that she met Beau Ridenour. She sympathized with his desire to leave home, and she helped him leave and go to Ivywood. Once she was sure he was settled, she decided to head there herself.

Personality: Raine spends a lot of time doing vaguely creepy Espurr stuff, including staring into space and pointing at things that don't seem to be there. However, whenever other Pokemon come up to interact with him, he is very accommodating and willing to share his space with them. This gentle sort of personality reminds Cerise of Beau, so she took Raine in.
